I Coach!

I am a Life Coach.  Simply put, a coach is someone who helps you identify your goals and provides you with the tools and guidance that you need to get there.  A coach is different than a therapist, in that “a coach looks at your present to help you create the future you desire, while a therapist looks at your past to help you manage your present,” (Tess Brigham).

Capri Brand offers coaching services to ambitious women who may sometimes “do too much”.  With our practice you will learn how “doing too much” can block you from fulfilling your purpose, and come to accept your value as you already are.

Stop feeling like you’re not enough, work with Capri Brand and I’ll teach you how to show up in your power and unlock the tools to unapologetically fulfill your purpose.
